Pastor Peter Kange
Founder & Senior Pastor
Pastor Peter Kange is the founder and senior pastor of Reaching the Nations Ministries(RTNM), a vibrant, Spirit-led church based in Beltsville, Maryland. Since founding RTNMI in 2005 with his wife, Pastor Pauline Kange, he has led with a vision to see lives restored, disciples raised, and nations reached through the uncompromised Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
With a background in missionary work across Africa, pastor Kange has helped plant churches, train leaders, and minister healing to broken communities. His apostolic ministry is marked by prophetic teaching, deliverance, and a deep compassion for people who have experienced pain, hardship, or spiritual stagnation. Through RTNMI, he continues to mentor leaders, guide strategic outreach, and serve a diverse global body.
Pastor Kange is also the author of the book Finally, Now You Can: How to Walk in Stability and Resilience, which reflects his heart for helping others move from brokenness into divine purpose. In the book, he writes:
This quote embodies both his personal journey and his message to others. Having witnessed countless lives transformed through simple obedience and unwavering faith, Dr. Kange believes that spiritual resilience doesn’t start with perfection—it starts with surrender. His ministry empowers people to take that first step toward healing, purpose, and freedom, trusting that God will meet them along the way with strength for every stage of the journey.
Pastor Kange and Pastor Pauline lead RTNMI, minister globally, and continue to inspire hope in every heart they encounter—one transformed life at a time.

Pastor Pauline Kange
Co-Founder & Co-Pastor
Pastor Pauline Kange is a prophetic voice and co-founder of Reaching the Nations Ministries International (RTNMI), where she co-pastors alongside her husband, Rev. Dr. Peter Kange. For nearly two decades, she has ministered with a passion for purity, prayer, and the undiluted Word of God—always urging the Church to return to its first love and to walk in alignment with God’s heart.
She is known for her anointing in intercession and her ability to cultivate atmospheres where the presence of God is tangible. Whether preaching, leading worship, or mentoring women in leadership, Pastor Pauline carries a mantle of clarity, conviction, and compassion. Her ministry continually calls believers into deeper intimacy with God and challenges them to live a life worthy of their calling.
As an author, Pastor Pauline brings these convictions to life in her book Too Big for Small Things, Too Small for Big Things, a sobering yet inspiring work that exposes the spiritual dangers of pride, complacency, and missed assignments. In the book, she writes:
This truth echoes through Pastor Pauline’s own life and ministry. She is a living example of someone who has embraced every season with humility and bold obedience—never overlooking the small tasks and never shrinking back from great ones. She continues to model what it means to serve with excellence, no matter the platform, and to lead with a heart wholly surrendered to God.
Pastor Pauline and her husband pastor RTNMI in Maryland, and travel globally to teach, intercede, and minister to leaders and congregations. Her life and message remind us that greatness in God’s kingdom begins with faithfulness in every assignment—no matter the size.

Our Ministries
At RTNM, we offer a variety of ministries designed to help people of all ages and backgrounds grow in their faith and connect with others. Our ministries provide opportunities for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and service.
Men of David is a dynamic ministry dedicated to equipping men to lead with integrity, courage, and faith in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Inspired by the biblical example of King David, a man after God's own heart, this ministry provides a supportive brotherhood where men can grow spiritually, develop authentic relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
Through regular gatherings, Bible studies, mentoring relationships, and service projects, Men of David creates opportunities for men to strengthen their faith, sharpen their character, and step into their calling as spiritual leaders. Whether you're a seasoned believer or just beginning your faith journey, you'll find encouragement, accountability, and practical wisdom to navigate life's challenges.

We believe that every woman is uniquely created and called by God to make a difference in her home, church, and community.
This ministry provides a safe and supportive environment where women of all ages and stages of life can connect, grow, and serve together. Through Bible studies, prayer groups, mentoring relationships, and special events, Hephzibah helps women deepen their relationship with God, develop meaningful friendships, and discover their spiritual gifts and calling.

Led by a passionate team of youth leaders, this ministry combines dynamic worship, relevant biblical teaching, small group discussions, fun activities, and service opportunities. We believe that today's youth are not just the church of tomorrow—they are an essential part of the church today, with unique gifts and perspectives to offer the body of Christ.

Reaching The Nations Ministries (RTNM) began humbly as a local cell group with just three devoted members, fully committed to advancing the work of God. From the very beginning, we moved in obedience to a divine instruction from the Lord and that has remained our guiding principle ever since. Our very first service was held on June 24, 2005.
Though our first church space could seat 250, we started with only five faithful members. Our leaders moved with boldness and unwavering faith, having heard the voice of God. They believed deeply that where God was leading us far surpassed anything we could imagine. In our early journey, we relocated more than five times in just one year, meeting in auditoriums, hotels, a pastor’s home, and eventually a basement that God graciously provided. We remained there for four years until the Lord led us to our current location, a space of over 1,800 square feet.
At RTNM, we believe in the one true God, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and that salvation comes through His shed blood. A personal relationship with Him is the foundation of our faith. We believe in water baptism and in the baptism of the Holy Spirit; both essential elements in a believer’s spiritual walk. We also believe that faith must be active and lived out by serving others. As a ministry, we are committed to giving back to our community. Whether through food distribution, outreach programs, or offering shelter to those in need, we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We preach the restoration gospel of Jesus Christ, with the intention of bringing hope, change and most of all, the love of God to the homeless, battered, single mothers, widows, poor, needy and orphans. In doing this, we offer a home and family for all whom at one time or another, have been hurt and pushed aside by adverse conditions they lived in.
We help you in becoming rooted, grounded and established in the Word of God by teaching you to give God and His Word first place in your life.( Colossians 1:23 , Psalms 112)
We train an army of mature believers, bringing them from milk to strong meat, religion to relationship. We are called to train them to become skillful in the Word of Righteousness; to stand firm in spiritual warfare against the kingdom of darkness.
